What to take walking
- Warm clothes in case the weather turns [including a spare fleece and hat].
- Waterproofs top and bottoms.
- Wear trainers with a good grip or walking boots, please ask for advice.
- A drink and maybe a thermos for a hot drink.
- A packed lunch if you are doing activities all day.
- Insect repellant.
- Sun cream and a sun hat.
- Personal medications.
Bring any personal navigation equipment if you would like advice and training.
