What's Involved

We use an 8 metre keelboat " Kushi". She has a good turn of speed, capable of planning in the right conditions, and has a weighted keel for stability. There is basic accommodation for four, but we use her mainly for day sailing.

• Kushi is a great boat to learn to sail on, with the excitement and feel of a dinghy but with the space and stability of a yacht. You can chose from RYA courses, taster sails, or day sails.
• Kushi is the ideal boat for yacht owners to improve their sailing skills
• Courses are great for non sailing or less experienced spouses to improve their sailing skills.
• If we are lucky we may see bottlenose dolphins, as there is a colony in the Firth.
