Terms And Conditions

Please note that we have no age limits, but please contact us to find out the suitability of some of the activities.

Reservations should be made by e-mail or telephone. Confirmation will be made on receipt of a 50% deposit and a completed booking form. The balance is due on the last day of the course. Please make cheques payable to Russell Zenthon.

Any cancellations prior to 14 days of the start of the course will result in loss of the deposit, within and including 14 days will result in 75% of the course fee and finally, cancellation within and including 7days will result in loss of the full course fee.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations by Kushi Adventures

• Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that courses run, we will notify you of cancellation as soon as practicable where we believe there is reasonable grounds due to dangerous or unsuitable conditions.
• We will notify you of cancellation not less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the course where numbers have failed to reach a workable minimum.
• In the event of cancellation by us for the above reasons, you will be offered a choice of

• • a) Full refund
  • b) An alternative date for the course

Our activities can include an element of risk and although every care will be taken to suitably manage any risks and you will be under guidance, you should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

Kushi Adventures cannot be held responsible for loss, personal injury or accident caused by any person (or personal equipment) during our activities or resultant after them.
